Registration Info
The Summer School APESS registration fee is 700 EUR + VAT (22%), and it includes:
- Full Access to the three-week Summer School APESS Lectures and Laboratory Activities (13th-31th July 2026)
- Full Registration for the 17th ANCRiSST 2026 Workshop (24th-25th July 2026, at Politecnico di Torino)
- Social Dinner at the 17th ANCRiSST 2026 Workshop (tentatively scheduled on 25th July 2026)
Accommodation opportunities
Thanks to the partnership of Politecnico di Torino University and the Regional Agency for the Right to Education of Piedmont (EDISU Piemonte), the students registered to the Summer School APESS may have the opportunity to rent a room for the entire APESS period (check-in on 11th July and check-out on 1st August, 22 nights in total) at the Borsellino University Residence located exactly in front of the Venue of the APESS school for a special price of 450 EUR + VAT (22%).
We have already reserved in advance a certain number of rooms (both double shared rooms and single rooms) that must be definitely confirmed to the EDISU Borsellino University Residence by 15th May 2026 (APESS registration payment deadline).

How to Register for APESS
The APESS summer school can host a maximum of about 50 participants due to logistical issues for the hands-on laboratory activities. The effective participants will be selected through a selection procedure.
Therefore, candidates interested in registering for APESS must complete the following pre-registration form for their candidacy, providing the following details:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Recommendation letter
The International Scientific Committee board will evaluate all the candidates for the summer school APESS, and if the number of requests exceeds the maximum allowable number of participants, a selection procedure will be performed based on the scientific profile of the candidates.
The pre-registration form candidacy will officially close on 15th March 2026.
The final list of the selected candidates will be available around 15th April 2026.
The selected students must complete and finalize their registration at the APESS school by 15th May 2026.
