Paper Submission

To contribute to the ANCRiSST technical programme, authors will follow a two-step submission process. First, an abstract will be submitted for review and selection within the workshop sessions. Upon acceptance, authors will be invited to submit a full paper (optional, not mandatory) for inclusion in the workshop proceedings or associated publication pathway.

This staged process ensures early confirmation of participation and programme organization, while providing contributors the flexibility to further develop their results in alignment with the workshop theme, “Sense–Forecast–Adapt: Adaptive and Proactive Resilience.” Detailed submission guidelines, templates, and deadlines will be made available on the conference website.

The Full paper submission is OPTIONAL and it can be done until 1^st of September 2025 (see other important dates here) to be included in the Conference Proceedings. The ANCRiSST 2026 organizers do not commit themselves to include in the Conference Proceedings any Full Paper received later than this deadline.

Accepted Full Papers will be included in the Advanced Smart Materials and Smart Structures Technology — Proceedings of ANCRiSST 2026 and SCOPUS-indexed in Springer book series Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering.

Full Papers must be written in English. The length of the papers must be minimum 6 pages and maximum 10 pages (including figures, tables and references), preferably with minimum length of at least 8 pages.

Each Full Paper must be written according to the instructions given in the following MS Word template or Latex template files:

The file has to be translated to portable document format (PDF) before submission. Authors must upload the Full Paper PDF file, correctly formatted, and the editable source files in zip format.
